提高沼气发酵液浓度是提高产气率的重要措施。但是,在一次投料的情况下,随着浓度的提高,出现了新的问题:高浓度起动使发酵停滞期延长,降低了沼气池的使用率;一次投料过多,前期产气过旺,而后期产气不足。再者,一户要在短期内筹积大量原料也较困难。为此,湖北省农业科学院土肥所进行了“低浓度起动,高浓度运转”沼气发酵工艺研究,初步获得缩短停滞期、提早达到燃烧点和产气均衡的良好效果。
Increasing the concentration of biogas fermentation broth is an important measure to increase the gas production rate.
