目的观察牛磺酸对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的防治作用。方法设置对照组、白内障组、预防组、结膜下注射组、腹腔注射组、点眼组。采用D半乳糖诱发白内障,预防组诱发当天开始腹腔注射15%牛磺酸,其它3个给药组从实验第4天开始分别结膜下注射、腹腔注射、双眼点15%牛磺酸。在实验开始的第3,8,14天用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)测定大鼠房水、晶状体中牛磺酸浓度,同时在透射电镜下采用超薄切片及冷冻蚀刻观察晶状体超微结构的改变。结果半乳糖性白内障大鼠房水和晶状体中牛磺酸浓度下降,随之出现晶状体超微结构的明显破坏。各牛磺酸用药组,房水和晶状体中牛磺酸浓度均明显升高,晶状体的超微结构得以改善,特别是结膜下注射组接近于正常。结论牛磺酸可以抑制半乳糖性白内障的发生,并对半乳糖性白内障有一定的防治作用。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of taurine on galactose cataract in rats. Methods The control group, the cataract group, the prevention group, the subconjunctival injection group, the intraperitoneal injection group and the ocular eye group were set up. Cataract induced by D-galactose was injected intraperitoneally on the day of induction, and 15% taurine was injected intraperitoneally in the other three groups from the fourth day of the experiment. On the 3rd, 8th and 14th days after the start of the experiment, the aqueous humor and the taurine concentration in the lens were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the ultrastructure of the lens was observed under the transmission electron microscope by using ultrathin sections and freeze-etching Change. Results The concentration of taurine in aqueous humor and lens in galactose-induced cataract rats decreased, and then the ultrastructure of lens was damaged obviously. Taurine medication group, aqueous humor and lens taurine concentration were significantly increased, the lens ultrastructure can be improved, especially subconjunctival injection group close to normal. Conclusion Taurine can inhibit the occurrence of galactose cataract and has some preventive and therapeutic effects on galactose cataract.
