用正交设计方法探讨了宫必康冲剂中当归、川芎挥发油——β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。采用饱和水溶液法,电动搅拌制备包合物的最佳工艺条件是:油与β-环糊精之比为0.5∶4(ml∶g),包结时间1.5h,搅拌速度2000r/min。用显微镜观察了β-环糊精和挥发油—β-环糊精包合物的结构,证明确已形成包合物。比较了包合前后挥发油在宫必康中的稳定性,结果表明,将挥发油制成包合物,能明显提高其在制剂中的稳定性。
Orthogonal design method was used to explore the preparation technology of Angelica sinensis and Rhizoma Chuanxiong volatile oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound in Gongbikang Granules. The optimum conditions for the preparation of inclusion complexes by using the saturated aqueous solution method and electric stirring are: the ratio of oil to β-cyclodextrin is 0.5:4 (ml:g), the inclusion time is 1.5h, and the stirring speed is 2000r/ Min. The structure of the β-cyclodextrin and the volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was observed with a microscope to confirm that a clathrate was formed. The stability of volatile oil before and after inclusion in Gongbikang was compared. The results showed that the inclusion of volatile oil into the inclusion compound can significantly improve its stability in the formulation.
