本工作观察了旱稻穗分化过程:茎各节间及不同叶位叶片解剖结构。稻穗分化与出叶发育存在着规律的同伸关系。苞片原基分化至颖花分化期,正是增多颖花数时期,相应的叶令为倒4叶至倒2叶时期。各叶生存功能期,随叶位不同则有明显差别,随着叶位升高,叶片长,宽均长大,维管束数单位对面积气孔数和叶肉细胞数增多,叶肉增厚,尤以旗叶显著。茎第1、2茎壁厚,厚壁组织发达。
This work observed the process of rice panicle differentiation: the anatomical structure of the stems and leaves at different leaf positions. Panicle differentiation and leaf development there is a regular extension relationship. Bracts primordium differentiation to spikelet differentiation, it is increased more than the number of flowers period, the corresponding leaf order for the inverted 4 leaves to 2 leaves down period. The survival period of each leaf varied significantly with the leaf position. With the leaf position increasing, the leaf length and width both grew. The number of vascular bundles per unit area increased with the number of stomatal cells and mesophyll cells, Flag leaf significantly. Stems 1, 2 stem wall thickness, thick-walled tissue developed.
