利用弱磁检测技术对碳钢对接焊缝内部缺陷进行检测,针对传感器检测方向对对接焊缝弱磁检测结果的影响,设计了系列试验。试验结果表明:三个方向的弱磁检测结果分布规律不变,出现磁异常的位置保持一致;当传感器的提离高度增大时,缺陷处的磁感应强度减小,对缺陷信号的分辨能力降低;弱磁检测具有一定的方向性,不同的检测方向对不同类型缺陷的检测能力不同。
Weak magnetic detection technology was used to detect the internal defects of butt weld in carbon steel. A series of experiments were designed according to the influence of sensor detection direction on the weak magnetic field of butt weld. The test results show that the distribution of the field weakening test results in the three directions is the same, and the location of the magnetic anomaly remains the same. When the lift-off height of the sensor increases, the magnetic induction intensity at the defect decreases and the resolution to the defect signal decreases ; The field weakening test has a certain directionality, and different test directions have different ability to detect different types of defects.
