对中国的不良资产需求分析之前我们首先应该了解一下不良资产需求本身的一些特点。不良资产作为一种商品它的需求具有一般商品的共性但是由于它是一种特殊的商品,所以它的需求也有很多不同于其他商品的地方。我国的不良资产,既有国际上通有的特点,又由于我国特殊的体制使我国的不良资产本身有区别于国际上不良资产的特点,进而导致了我国的不良资产需求也有了不同于一般不良资产的特点。这需要我们中国不良资产的市场需求与处理对策进行深入研究。
