运用心导管法和吸引电极法分别研究了人参皂甙B对在体家兔心脏希氏束电图和单相动作电位的影响。人参皂甙B对希氏束电图中的A-H、H、H-N间期均无明显影响。人参皂甙Blmg/kg能明显缩短在体心脏单相动作电位的坪台期,甚至使其消失;对APA、Vmax、APD50、APD90无明显影响。结果提示:人参皂甙B可能有阻滞慢钙通道的作用,对心脏传导系统无明显影响。
The effects of ginsenoside B on the Hiszoe-Beamogram and monophasic action potentials in rabbits in vivo were studied by cardiac catheterization and aspiration electrode method respectively. Ginsenoside B had no significant effect on the A-H, H, H-N intervals in His bundle test. Ginsenoside Blmg / kg significantly shortened the plateau phase of monophasic action potentials in vivo and even disappeared. There was no significant effect on APA, Vmax, APD50 and APD90. The results suggest that ginsenoside B may have a role in slowing down the calcium channel and has no obvious effect on the cardiac conduction system.
