随着远程开放教育的深入发展,网络技术也迅速波及到了教育领域,很多学校都建起了自己的校园网。那么到底究竟什么是校园网?怎么样来建设校园网?这是一个值得我们探讨的实际问题,本文围绕着我校校园网络建设中大家普遍关心的以下问题——在现有的设施基础、技术条件和有限资金的情况下,先建什么?卫星电视网与计算机网如何融合?如何充分有效地利用校园网等实际问题进行了探讨,系统地综合了校园网建设的整体方案,提出了校园网络的建设原则、思路、功能、结构框架和网络接入策略体系,以此来推动网络建设的进程。
