随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的物质生活也越来越丰富,街边小吃、特色餐馆,甚至流动小摊贩前都随处可见等待享受美味的食客,各式美食无论在卖相,还是口味上都牢牢俘获着消费者的心。而另一方面,食品的卫生问题同样不可小觑,吃了“不干净”的食品,轻者会头痛、呕吐、腹泻,重者甚至会因此休克。作为引发食源性疾病的罪魁祸首,食源性致病菌有哪些?可能导致什么疾病?他们是如何污染食品的?针对这些问题,记者采访了北京工商大学食品学院的一位教授。
