目的:观察中西医结合治疗复发性支原体感染性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:将在本院妇科进行治疗的复发性支原体感染阴道炎患者122例随机分为观察组61例和对照组61例。对照组患者用盐酸多西环素0.1g,2次/天;观察组给予盐酸多西环素的同时加服“阴道炎1号汤”加减,并用中药煎剂外洗和坐浴。两组均14天为1个疗程。分别在14天、30天后作支原体培养,评价支原体转阴率;并在治疗后2个月随访,每周1次(共连续3次),对阴道分泌物中支原体基因进行检测,比较检测结果。结果:观察组治疗14天后支原体培养转阴60例,转阴率为98.36%,治疗30天后支原体培养转阴61例,转阴率为100.00%,明显优于对照组[治疗14天后转阴50例(81.97%)、治疗30天后转阴51例(83.61%)],P<0.01;治疗60天后,观察组患者每次支原体基因检测结果和对照组每次检测结果对应比较,差异显著,P均<0.05.观察组治愈率为95.08%(58/61),对照组治愈率为81.96%(50/61),观察组的治愈率明显较高,P<0.05;对照组不良反应发生率(6.58%)明显高于观察组(0.00%),P<0.05。结论:复发性支原体感染性阴道炎采用中西医结合的方法,有协同作用,效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent mycoplasma infectious vaginitis. Methods: 122 patients with recurrent mycoplasma infection vaginitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (61 cases) and control group (61 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with doxycycline hyclate 0.1g twice a day. In the observation group, doxycycline hyclate was given plus “vaginitis No.1 soup” . Both groups were 14 days for a course of treatment. Mycoplasma were cultured at 14 days and 30 days respectively to evaluate the rate of mycoplasma negative conversion. Mycoplasma in vaginal secretions was detected at 2 months after treatment and once a week (total of 3 consecutive times) . Results: In the observation group, 60 cases of mycoplasma turned negative after treatment for 14 days, the negative conversion rate was 98.36%. After 30 days of treatment, 61 cases of mycoplasma negative conversion were transferred, the negative conversion rate was 100.00%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (81.97%), 51 cases (83.61%) were negative after 30 days of treatment, P <0.01; after 60 days of treatment, the results of each mycoplasma gene test in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group The average cure rate was 95.08% (58/61) in the observation group and 81.96% (50/61) in the control group, the cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher, P <0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group 6.58%) was significantly higher than the observation group (0.00%), P <0.05. Conclusion: Mycoplasma recurrent mycoplasma infection with traditional Chinese and western medicine methods, synergistic effect is remarkable.
