1 刷镀机具的结构刷镀需要机械制造工艺和装备的很好配合,国内外都是在工件(转动)与镀具(不动)构成的相对运动副中,在工件表面实现金属刷镀层的。但在生产实际中,很多大件和固定在基础上的件,因受运输和驱动设备能力的限制,影响了刷镀技术的广泛应用。为此,我们改变了工件与镀具的相对运动副的形态,就是使镀具转动而工件不动,来达到刷镀的目的,从而研制成了半机械化刷镀机具(图1)。
