全省安全生产工作会议暨93～95年度表彰会于96年3月28日在福州召开.参加会议的省政府领导有陈明义省长、黄小晶副省长、洪长平副秘书长,省安委会副主任郭成土、江作梁、邓云贞、陈旭、刘炎、谢先文、王少昆、江德顺.参加会议的有全省九个地(市)的市长、专员,省直各厅、局领导,以及各地市的经委、安办、工会.消防、交警、交通.铁路、民航、保险公司和先进集体及先进个人代表共349人.
The province’s work safety conference and the 93-95 annual commendation meeting were held in Fuzhou on March 28, 1996. The leaders of the provincial governments attending the meeting include Governor Chen Mingyi, Vice Governor Huang Xiajing, Deputy Secretary Hong Changping, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Security Committee Director Guo Chengtu, Jiang Zuoliang, Deng Yunzhen, Chen Xu, Liu Yan, Xie Xianwen, Wang Shaokun and Jiang Deshun attended the meeting with the mayors and commissioners of the nine prefectures and cities of the province, provincial leaders, bureau leaders, , Security agencies, trade unions, firefighting, traffic police, transportation, 349 railway, civil aviation, insurance companies, advanced collectives and advanced individuals.
