1 一般资料 我院从1985-1989年用自体阔筋膜、巩膜板层充填、环扎等方法,治疗视网膜脱离共25例。男性18例,女性7例。年龄15～53岁。病程最短15天,最长2年。以20天～3个月为多。其中1个裂孔、网膜脱离面在1/2象限以上的16例,黄斑裂孔者2例,巨大裂孔者3例,无裂孔者2例。脱离范围占3/4象限且有四级膜形成者2例。随访观察5个月～2年,成功率为80％。2 手术对象 1/2象限以上脱离面,无孔、巨大裂孔、黄斑裂孔,有玻璃体局限和广泛浓缩,四级膜形成和手术后复发的重症视网膜脱离症例,作为手术对象。
1 General Information Our hospital from 1985 to 1989 with autologous laminectomy, scleral lamellar filling, cerclage and other methods to treat retinal detachment in 25 cases. 18 males and 7 females. Age 15 ~ 53 years old. The shortest duration of 15 days, up to 2 years. To 20 days to 3 months as much. Among them, there were 16 cases in which there were 1 hiatus, omental detachment in more than 1/2 quadrant, 2 cases with macular hole, 3 cases with huge fissure, and 2 cases without fissure. Out of the range of 3/4 quadrants and four membrane formation in 2 cases. Follow-up observation of 5 months to 2 years, the success rate was 80%. 2 Surgical patients with more than 1/2 quadrant out of the plane, no holes, huge holes, macular hole, with vitreous body and extensive concentration, the formation of four films and postoperative recurrence of severe retinal detachment cases, as a surgical object.
