目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对胃黏膜中核因子NF-кB表达的影响,为慢性活动性胃炎的相关研究提供参考依据。方法选取2013年12月-2014年12月医院收治的慢性活动性胃炎患者104例为研究对象,根据患者Hp感染情况,分为Hp阳性组和Hp阴性组,各52例,对两组患者的NF-кB p65表达水平进行观察和比较,采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 Hp阳性组患者的NF-кB p65阳性细胞百分率为(48.98±18.34)%,显著高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃黏膜炎症等级为1、2、3级的Hp阳性患者的NF-кB p65表达水平分别为(28.34±8.34)%、(41.38±9.44)%和(64.34±12.03)%,显著高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃黏膜活动性等级为0、1、2级的Hp阳性患者的NF-кB p65表达水平分别为(32.91±11.45)%、(46.08±9.34)%和(64.32±12.30)%,显著高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃黏膜萎缩等级为0、1、2级的Hp阳性患者的NF-кB p65表达水平分别为(40.56±19.34)%、(44.34±15.93)%和(54.32±15.03)%,显著高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可导致胃炎患者胃黏膜中核因子NF-кB表达水平升高,随着患者病情的不断进展NF-кB表达水平也呈现出升高趋势,NF-кB参与疾病的致病过程。
Objective To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on the expression of nuclear factor NF-кB in gastric mucosa and to provide a reference for the study of chronic active gastritis. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic active gastritis treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study subjects. According to the Hp infection status, Hp-positive patients and Hp-negative patients were divided into two groups, 52 patients in each group. NF-кB p65 expression levels were observed and compared using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The percentage of NF-κB p65 positive cells in Hp positive group was (48.98 ± 18.34)%, which was significantly higher than that in Hp negative group (P <0.05). Gastric mucosal inflammation grade was grade 1,2,3 (28.34 ± 8.34)%, (41.38 ± 9.44)% and (64.34 ± 12.03)%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in Hp-negative group (P <0.05 for Hp positive patients) ). The expression levels of NF-κB p65 in Hp positive patients with gastric mucosal mucosal grade 0, 1 and 2 were (32.91 ± 11.45)%, (46.08 ± 9.34)% and (64.32 ± 12.30)%, respectively, (P <0.05). The expression levels of NF-κB p65 in Hp positive patients with gastric mucosal atrophy grade 0, 1 and 2 were (40.56 ± 19.34)% and (44.34 ± 15.93)% and (54.32 ± 15.03)% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in Hp negative group (P <0.05). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection can cause gastric mucosal gastritis in patients with gastritis NF-кB expression increased, with the progression of the disease progression of NF-кB expression also showed an upward trend, NF-кB involved in the pathogenesis of the disease.
