目的探讨和厚朴酚(honokiol,HNK)对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法健康SD大鼠随机分为:假手术组(Sham组)、肾脏缺血再灌注模型组(I/R组)、和厚朴酚缺血再灌注预处理组(HNK-Pre组),观察各组指标变化。结果与Sham组比较,其余二组的血清BUN、Cr及肾组织MPO、MDA、Cyt-C含量和肾小管Paller评分升高(P<0.05),肾组织GSH-Px活性降低(P<0.05);与肾I/R组比较,肾组织GSH-Px活性升高(P<0.05),其余指标降低,差异有统计学意义。结论和厚朴酚可能通过抑制氧化应激、减轻炎症反应及抑制线粒体通过释放Cyt-C诱导凋亡途径来缓解肾脏缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of honokiol (HNK) on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into Sham group, I / R group, and HNK-Pre group (HNK-Pre group) Each group indicators change. Results Compared with Sham group, the contents of MPO, MDA and Cyt-C in the serum BUN, Cr and renal tissue increased (P <0.05) and the activity of GSH-Px in renal tissue decreased ; Compared with the renal I / R group, the activity of GSH-Px in renal tissue increased (P <0.05), while the other indexes decreased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Honokiol can relieve renal ischemia-reperfusion injury by inhibiting oxidative stress, reducing inflammation and inhibiting mitochondria through releasing Cyt-C-induced apoptosis pathway.
