为贯彻财政支出预算绩效管理思想,强化预算支出责任理念,上海市绿化和市容管理局(以下简称为“上海市绿容局”)委托上海闻政管理咨询有限公司开展长宁区中山公园整体改造(城维)项目财政资金绩效评价工作,以全面反映长宁区中山公园整体改造(城维)项目财政资金绩效,总结项目经验做法,探析预算和项目管理中存在的问题,为进一步的改进提出相关建议。
