当前的小学语文课堂,还存在很多低效现象,主要是因为部分教师始终没有把学生的发展放在首位,对新课程的理念依然缺乏正确的理解,同时因为教师个人的专业素养的欠缺而导致对教材的解读不到位,不能依据教材和学生精心设计教学流程和选择教法学法。作为一名语文教师,我们只有不断反思这些低效现象及成因,不断学习钻研,才能开创有效语文课堂的新天地。一、课堂低效现象1.教学语言随意化教学语言对课堂教学效果有着至关重要的影响。
