本文首先概述了我国车轴表面发纹的基本情况。然后依据调查、统计和试验的结果,着重讨论了车轴表面发纹的微观本质,发纹在裂纹萌生过程中的行为,发纹对车轴疲劳性能的影响,车轴表面发纹与钢坯冶炼质量的关系和车轴发纹与报废率的关系。最后,提出了如何合理控制车轴表面发纹的综合分析意见。认为适当放宽对发纹的限度,可以在不影响车轴质量前提下大大降低报废率。为制定发纹限度提供了依据。
