目的:为了解不动杆菌的致病性及其在免疫缺陷和混合感染中的毒力。方法:通过测定不动杆菌对小鼠LD(50)观察其在免疫缺陷和混合感染中LD(50)变化。结果:(1)20株不动杆菌的LD(50)范围从106~109cells/mouse。(2)随机取6株不动杆菌,测定对已被环磷酰胺免疫损伤的小鼠的LD(50)均有不同程度的下降(p<0.05)。(3)不动杆菌在分别与绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌的混合感染中使这些细菌的LD(50)均下降(p<0.05)。结论:不动杆菌毒力较小,但对免疫抑制动物毒力相对增强,在混合感染中有增强其他致病菌毒力的作用。对其机制尚待进一步研究。
Objective: To understand the pathogenicity of Acinetobacter and its virulence in immunodeficiency and mixed infections. Methods: The changes of LD (50) in immunodeficiency and mixed infection were observed by measuring the LD50 of Acinetobacter on mouse. Results: (1) The LD50 of 20 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii ranged from 106 to 109 cells / mouse. (2) Six strains of Acinetobacter were randomly selected, and the LD (50) of the mice that had been immunostained with cyclophosphamide were determined to have different degrees of decrease (p <0.05). (3) Acinetobacter spp. Decreased LD (50) of these bacteria (p <0.05) in mixed infections with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, respectively. Conclusion: Acinetobacter is less virulent, but its virulence to immunosuppressed animals is relatively enhanced. It has the effect of enhancing the virulence of other pathogenic bacteria in mixed infection. Its mechanism needs further study.
