The Electric Power Bureau of the Ministry of Energy held an appraisal meeting for the MRT-01 multi-function relay protection tester on September 26, 1989 in Beijing. 25 representatives from 15 units attended the meeting. At the meeting, the development unit, the test team, and the on-site use unit introduced the design, performance testing, and trial use of the device. The data review team conducted a comprehensive review in accordance with the “Administrative Measures for the Identification of New Products” of the former Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity.
