针对煤矿带式输送系统的生产工艺以及要求,设计了一套基于Control Logix系统的煤矿带式输送机集中监控系统。该系统实现了对煤矿带式输送机运输系统设备的现场以及远程控制,取得了减人提效、提高安全性的良好效果。
According to the production technology and requirements of belt conveyor system in coal mine, a set of centralized monitoring system for coal belt conveyor based on Control Logix system is designed. The system realizes the on-site and remote control of the coal conveyor belt conveyor system equipment and achieves the good effect of reducing the man-lifting efficiency and improving the safety.
