社区矫正对象的选择,在一定程度上决定了社区矫正制度在未来的发展空间和实际效能。作为试点阶段的权宜之计,目前我国将社区矫正的适用对象划定为“五种人”有其合理性,但也存在选择标准不统一和发展空间狭窄的弊病。因此,有必要对比和借鉴国外社区矫正对象选择的现状,对我国的对象选择范围进行适当的扩大。
To a certain extent, the choice of community corrections targets the development space and actual effectiveness of the community correction system in the future. As an expedient measure in the pilot phase, at present our country delineates the applicable object of community correction as “Five kinds of people ” has its rationality, but there is also the disadvantage that the selection criteria are not unified and the development space is narrow. Therefore, it is necessary to compare and draw lessons from the status quo of the choice of object of community correction in foreign countries and expand the range of object choice in our country appropriately.
