Character biography Chen Guoxue, male, born in February 1954, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, Han, member of the Communist Party of China. Bachelor degree, EMFA Master, senior designer. He used to be the general manager of Wuxi Huazaki Shoe Last Co., Ltd., the current chairman of Shanghai Guoxue Shoe Design Co., Ltd., a distinguished professor of art at Guangling College of Yangzhou University, a visiting professor at Beijing College of the Environment and Art, and a visiting professor at Aokang University. From 1998 to 2008, he has been the expert judges of all previous National Leather Design Grand Prix,
