教师要善于创设情境,诱发学生认知与求知的热情:建立和谐融洽的师生关系,形成民主平等的教学氛围;优化分组探讨,全体参与,共同提高。教师要鼓励求异,打破思维定式:多方启迪思维,提倡标新立异;鼓励点滴进步,塑造成功意识;精心设计问题,鼓励大胆质疑。教师要善于启发学生想象,拓展思维延伸:根据教材内容,启发学生想象;利用迁移规律,发展学生想象。
Teachers should be good at creating situations and arousing students’ enthusiasm for cognition and seeking knowledge. They should establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and form a democratic and equal teaching atmosphere. They should optimize group discussions and participate with them to improve together. Teachers should encourage differences and break the way of thinking: thinking in different ways and promoting unconventionality; encouraging bit by bit to progress and create a sense of success; carefully designing problems and encouraging bold questions. Teachers should be good at enlightening students’ imaginations and broaden their thinking extension. According to the contents of teaching materials, they should inspire students’ imaginations. They should use the law of migration to develop students’ imagination.
