目前胜利油田疏松砂岩水平井防砂技术主要包括:套管完井的滤砂管防砂、裸眼筛管防砂及水平井砾石充填防砂完井技术。2006年以前,主导技术是套管完井的滤砂管防砂技术,该技术具有施工周期短,结构简单等优点。但该完井方式投产费用高,油层污染严重,而且后期作业和措施难以实施。为此胜利油田采油院研发了水平井裸眼防砂完井一体化技术,该技术可有效地封堵造斜段的水层,具有完善程度高、油层污染小、成本低、后期作业和措施难度相对较小及可分段开采等特点。另外,胜利油田水平井管内砾石充填完井技术已取得阶段性成果,将逐步在胜利油田推广应用。
