不锈钢构件的失效分析与防护一直是材料应用领域广泛关注的热点。应用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等显微分析技术研究了冷加工过程中烤箱用不锈钢件的局部腐蚀与织构演变,通过分析应变、晶粒取向差和织构的关系,剖析了构件使用过程中的失效机理。分析结果表明:冷变形过程中发生的局部织构演变是影响奥氏体不锈钢产生点腐蚀的主要因素。
Failure analysis and protection of stainless steel components has been a hot spot of widespread concern in the field of material applications. The local corrosion and texture evolution of the stainless steel for the oven during cold working were studied by means of electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). By analyzing the relationship between strain, grain orientation difference and texture , Analyzed the mechanism of failure in the use of components. The results show that the local texture evolution during cold deformation is the main factor that affects the point corrosion of austenitic stainless steel.
