目的 :探测明胶酶A (MMP - 2 )和明胶酶B(MMP - 9)的蛋白在不同大小腹主动脉瘤 (AAA)组织中表达高低的情况 ,证实在不同大小AAA组织中两者的蛋白表达高低不同。方法 :用MMP - 2和MMP - 9的单克隆抗体 ,以免疫组织化学SABC方法在实验组 2 6例不同横径大小的AAA组织 (7例小AAA :4 0~ 5 5cm ,11例中等大小AAA :5 6~ 6 5cm ,8例大AAA :>6 5cm)和对照组 10例正常腹主动脉组织的切片上探测MMP - 2和MMP- 9抗原 (蛋白 )。结果 :MMP - 2蛋白的表达在小AAA和中AAA高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,大AAA与对照组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,小AAA高于中AAA(P <0 0 1) ;MMP - 9的表达小、中、大AAA组织中均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,中AAA的表达高于小和大AAA(P <0 0 1) ,小AAA和大AAA无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :在横径≤6 5cm的AAA组织中 ,MMP - 2和MMP - 9两者的蛋白共同过度表达 ,在横径 >6 5cm的AAA组织中 ,MMP -9过度表达。在横径 5 6~ 6 5cmAAA组织中 ,MMP 9蛋白的表达高于横径 4 0~ 5 5cm和横径 >6 5cm的AAA组织。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 in different tissues of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), and to confirm the expression of proteins in both AAA tissues of different sizes Different levels of expression. Methods: Monoclonal antibodies against MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 were used in immunohistochemical SABC method in 26 cases of AAA tissue with different transverse diameters (7 small AAA: 40-55 cm, 11 medium size AAA: 5 6 ~ 6 5cm, 8 cases of AAA:> 65 cm) and control group. The MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 antigens (proteins) were detected on the sections of 10 cases of normal abdominal aorta. Results: The expression of MMP - 2 was higher in small AAA and middle AAA than that in control group (P <0.01), but no significant difference between large AAA and control group (P> 0.05) (P <0.01). The expression of MMP - 9 in small, middle and large AAA tissues was higher than that in the control group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between small AAA and large AAA (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In AAA tissues with a diameter of less than 65 cm, the proteins of both MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 are overexpressed. In AAA tissues with a diameter of more than 65 cm, MMP - 9 is overexpressed. The expression of MMP 9 protein was higher in AAA tissue with a diameter of 56 to 65 cm than that of AAA tissue with a diameter of 40 to 55 cm and a diameter of more than 65 cm.
