骨桥蛋白是一种细胞外基质蛋白,通过其分子内部的精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸序列与整合素受体结合,介导细胞与细胞之间、细胞与细胞外基质间的相互作用,在细胞迁移和黏附等生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现,骨桥蛋白是蜕膜化的标志,子宫内膜可表达骨桥蛋白,且在内膜的种植窗期高表达,推测与内膜容受性的建立及胚胎着床有关。研究还发现,骨桥蛋白存在于输卵管液中,在受精和胚胎发育过程中发挥重要作用。
