用正交实验和单因素优化实验对尿素(碳酰胺)和KOH蒸煮蔗渣半化学浆进行研究。蒸煮蔗渣半化学浆适宜的工艺条件是:碳酰胺用量13%,KOH用量5%,K2S用量0.54%,液比1∶4,最高温度150℃,保温时间45min。然后采用0.5mm、0.3mm、0.15mm的盘磨间隙进行3次磨浆,控制打浆度为45°SR进行抄片(定量为127g·m-2),手抄片的紧度为0.59g·cm-3,裂断长4.39km,环压指数8.06N·m·g-1,主要强度指标都超过了瓦楞原纸国家标准GB13023-1991中的A级标准。碳酰胺和氢氧化钾蒸煮蔗渣浆的黑液可用做农作物灌溉,但其处理的最好方法和方案,尚需进一步研究。
Urea (carbamide) and KOH steamed bagasse semi-chemical pulp were studied by orthogonal experiments and single factor optimization experiments. Carbamide and potassium hydroxide steamed bagasse black liquor can be used as crop irrigation, but the best methods and programs for its treatment need further study.
