针对薄基岩浅埋煤层过沟谷地形开采时工作面易引发动压灾害的问题,通过理论分析并结合数值模拟,对神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿22206工作面过沟谷开采过程中覆岩移动演化规律及引发的突水溃沙现象进行了研究,结果表明:22206工作面初次来压步距为60 m,初次来压时动压现象明显;工作面至沟谷地形上坡段矿压显现最为剧烈。分析了采动过程中节理的发育特征及塑性区分布情况,提出工作面开采突水溃沙治理应以切眼处呈75°破断角位置对应的切落垮落带范围为重点治理区域。
Aiming at the problem that dynamic pressure is easy to be induced in the working face during the mining of shallow seam with thin bedrock, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to analyze the law of overlying strata movement during the mining process of 22206 working face in Halagou coal mine in Shendong Mining Area The results show that the initial pressure step of 22206 working face is 60 m, and the dynamic pressure is obvious when the pressure is applied for the first time. The ground pressure in the uphill slope from the working face to the valley top is the most intense. The developmental characteristics and the distribution of plastic zones in the process of mining are analyzed. It is proposed that the management of the area with cut-off caving zone corresponding to the cut-off angle of 75 ° at the cut surface should be the key area for the management of water inrush.
