SMMC/B系小鼠是第二军医大学培育的又一株近交系小鼠,与SMMC/C系小鼠是姐妹系,有其独特的生物学特性,经毛色基因、皮肤移植、生化遗传标志基因等检测证明是纯合子,并已应用于科学研究中。对SMMC/B系小鼠进行了27项生化值的测定,结果报告如下。材料与方法一、动物来源: 上海第二军医大学培育的SMMC/B系小鼠,第35代,雌雄各半。鼠龄为60～70天,体重28～30克。大体解剖无巨观病变。
SMMC/B mice are another inbred mice cultivated by the Second Military Medical University. They are sisters to the SMMC/C mice and have unique biological characteristics. They are inherited by coat color genes, skin grafts, and biochemical inheritance. Marker genes and other tests proved to be homozygous and have been applied in scientific research. Twenty-seven biochemical values were measured in SMMC/B mice and the results are reported below. Materials and Methods 1. Animal Origin: The SMMC/B strain mice raised by Shanghai Second Military Medical University were 35th generation, male and female. Rats are 60 to 70 days old and weigh 28 to 30 grams. Gross anatomy without macroscopic lesions.
