目的 :建立测定丹参药材中丹参素含量的HPLC法。方法 :采用LUNA(5μm ,4 .6mm× 2 50mm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .5%醋酸 (1:7)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 81nm。结果 :丹参素在 0 .1~ 1.0ug范围内呈线性关系 ,方法回收率为 99.8% (n =5) ,RSD %为 1.1%。结论 :此方法灵敏度高、重现性好。
Objective : To establish HPLC method for determination of danshensu in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. METHODS: A LUNA (5μm, 4. 6mm × 2 50mm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.5% acetic acid (1:7) and detection wavelength was 2 81nm. RESULTS: Danshensu showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.1 ~ 1.0ug. The method recovery rate was 99.8% (n = 5) and RSD% was 1.1%. Conclusion : This method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
