目的探讨低年资企业员工心理资本与工作倦怠的关系。方法采用心理资本量表和工作倦怠量表对160名低年资企业员工进行调查。结果低年资企业员工的心理资本和工作倦怠有极其显著的负相关(r-=0.498,P<0.01),心理资本各维度与工作倦怠各维度也存在着显著的负相关;心理资本对工作倦怠的3个维度有负向预测作用(β1=-0.36、β2=-0.40、β3=-0.35)。结论缺乏心理资本的低年资企业员工会导致个体较严重的工作倦怠。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental capital and job burnout among employees in lower-grade enterprises. Methods Using the psychological capital scale and job burnout scale, 160 low-wage employees were investigated. Results There was a significant negative correlation between mental capital and job burnout (P <0.01). There was also a significant negative correlation between each dimension of psychological capital and job burnout. Psychological capital was significantly negatively correlated with job burnout (r = 0.498, P <0.01) The three dimensions of burnout had negative predictive value (β1 = -0.36, β2 = -0.40, β3 = -0.35). Conclusion Lack of psychological capital of low-grade enterprise employees will lead to more serious job burnout.
