辽宁省摩擦磨损润滑学学会成立大会暨第一届学术年会,于1980年12月2日至4日在沈阳友谊宾馆召开。出席这次会议的共有39个单位的60名代表。学会的成立和第一届学术年会的召开,是在中国机械工程学会摩擦学学会和辽宁省机械工程学会的亲切关怀和具体指导下进行的。中国机械工程学会常务理事、中国摩擦学学会秘书长、一机部机械科学研究院副总工程师张祖荫,辽宁省机械工程学会副理事长、辽宁省机械局副局长方之昭,辽宁省机械工程学会秘书长金锡太等同志出席了会议。张祖荫同志在会上作了关于摩擦学发展动向的报告,并对学会今后如何开展活动提出了宝贵的意见。方之昭、金锡太同志也分别在会议开幕式和闭幕式上讲了话。辽宁省摩擦磨损润滑学学会筹备组组长、沈阳矿山机器厂副厂长、总工程师马英海致开幕
The Inauguration Conference and the First Academic Annual Meeting of the Liaoning Province Friction and Wear Lubrication Society was held on December 2nd to 4th, 1980 at the Shenyang Friendship Hotel. A total of 60 representatives from 39 units attended the meeting. The founding of the Society and the convening of the first academic annual meeting were conducted under the gracious care and concrete guidance of the Tribology Institute of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the Liaoning Mechanical Engineering Society. Director of the China Mechanical Engineering Society, Secretary General of the Chinese Society of Tribology, and Deputy Chief Engineer of the First Institute of Mechanical Science Zhang Zuyin, Vice Chairman of Liaoning Mechanical Engineering Society, Deputy Director of Liaoning Province Machinery Bureau Fang Zhizhao, Secretary General, Liaoning Mechanical Engineering Society Jin Xitai and other comrades attended the meeting. Comrade Zhang Zuyin made a report on the development of tribology at the meeting and provided valuable suggestions on how to carry out activities in the future. Comrades Fang Zhizhao and Jin Xitai also spoke at the opening and closing ceremonies of the conference.
