分配机制是企业内部经营机制的重要方面,国有企业的活力大小,很重要的在于内部分配机制是否合理,是否有利于调动职工的积极性,是否增加企业的市场竞争能力,技术创新能力。它是国有企业在转轨变型重组改制过程中无法回避,但又迫切需要取得突破的重大课题。随着改制工作的深入进行,工资分配制度的改革更是首当其冲。下面探讨一种新的分配制度--岗位绩效工资制,以作为和同行们共同探讨一种,适用于我国大型国企分配制度的探路石。
