在我们日常生活中、工作中拥有一个好的礼仪习惯对我们是很重要的,不管是在书面地方工作,也不论和什么人在一起,一个懂礼貌有礼仪的人总是叫别人喜欢,自己的人格魅力也随之提高,周围的人也愿意和自己交流,然而一个好的形体艺术则会给你带来很大的人格魅力,不仅使自己的身材较别人羡慕,同时对自己的健康也是很重要的,好的形体礼仪可以培养一个人的外在气质和内在的素质,不论是对自己还是别人都是好的,形体艺术在不发达城市还不能教人们接受和认识到重要性。去学习礼仪课程不但可以完善我们自身修养,而且能培养出良好的气质,树立了正确职业道德的观念。因而有效的礼仪形体的训练为我们学生奠定出了礼仪规范的使用形体基础,由此可见,形体训练课在礼仪教学之中的重要性。一些在职业学校的学生,有的同学来自农村,有的同学来自困难的家庭,绝大多数的学生从小没就有接受过好的音乐、舞蹈方面熏陶,根据多年的教学实践,逐渐摸索出了简单而可行的形体训练的方法 ,在礼仪教学过程中应用效果的较好。
