对大鼠吸入石英粉尘后肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞(T_Ⅱ)的变化进行了形态学观察和定量分析。9个月的实验结果表明,石英粉尘导致T_Ⅱ增生,且呈双相反应,染尘结束后0~4周、和9个月为两个增生高峰期。T_Ⅱ胞浆内板层体(LB)数量增多,肺泡腔内含大士游离LB,管样髓磷脂。提示增生T_Ⅱ合成和分泌表面活性物质的功能增强。
Morphology and quantitative analysis of alveolar type II epithelial cells (T_Ⅱ) after inhalation of quartz dust in rats were performed. The results of 9 months showed that quartz dust led to T_Ⅱ hyperplasia and biphasic reaction, and 0 to 4 weeks and 9 months after the end of the dyed dust were the two hyperplasia peaks. T_II cytoplasm lamellar body (LB) increased the number of alveolar cavity containing Tuo free LB, tube-like myelin. Tip hyperplasia T_II synthesis and secretion of surfactant enhanced function.
