随着农业产业结构调整力度的不断加大和城市化进程的迅速崛起,越来越多的农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,农民工已成为产业工人的重要组成部分。作为传统的户籍制度与自由的市场制度相结合的产物,他们难以真正融入城市主流社会和主流生活,而是演变成为一个日益被边缘化的弱势群体。他们在许多方面受到歧视和不公平待遇,工资待遇低,工作生活环境恶劣,不能享受城市公共服务,其合法权益屡遭侵犯和损害。因此,加强农民工的社会保障制度是一项亟待解决的问题。我们必须从制度上消除不合理的障碍,调整和改革各种歧视性政策,为农民工提供一个自由而公平的空间。
With the intensification of the structural adjustment of agricultural industry and the rapid rise of urbanization, more and more rural surplus labor force has shifted to non-agricultural industries and urban areas. Migrant workers have become an important part of industrial workers. As a result of the combination of the traditional household registration system and the free market system, it is difficult for them to truly integrate into the urban mainstream society and mainstream life. Instead, they have evolved into an increasingly marginalized vulnerable group. They are discriminated against and treated unfairly in many aspects. Their wages and salaries are low, the working and living conditions are poor, urban public services can not be enjoyed, and their legitimate rights and interests are repeatedly violated and harmed. Therefore, strengthening the social security system for migrant workers is an urgent issue to be solved. We must eliminate irrational obstacles systematically, adjust and reform various discriminatory policies and provide a free and fair space for migrant workers.
