本文以动物角蛋白(如猪毛)经硫酸水解得到的混合氨基酸为原料,与月桂醇一步酯化成功地合成了混合氨基酸月桂酯硫酸月桂酯盐。水解液中的硫酸直接作为酯化催化剂。考查了反应时间以及反应物之间的物料比。利用几种单一氨基酸月桂酯的IR和~(13)CNMR谱确定了酯化产品的结构。利用纸上层析法确定了混酯产品的组成。结果证明有九种氨基酸(胱、谷、天冬、丝、丙、甘、脯、蛋、亮)成酯,经分离提纯后得到天冬、谷、丝三种氨基酸的月桂酯硫酸月桂酯盐的混合物,熔点:68—72℃,白色固体。混酯产物具有很强的抑菌作用。
In this paper, a mixed amino acid derived from the hydrolysis of animal keratin (such as pig hair) by sulfuric acid was used as a raw material to synthesize a mixed lauryl sulfate lauryl sulfate salt by one-step esterification with lauryl alcohol.
