为进一步探讨血清脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]与脑血管病的关系,对118例脑血管病患者进行LP(a)检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果,脑血管病组LP(a)平均为468.77±147.84mg/L,显著高于正常对照组126.42±82.61mg/L(P<0.01);其中,脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血及脑梗塞患者LP(a)平均水平亦显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);而LP(a)异常在脑血管病不同年龄及病程组间,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。分析表明,LP(a)升高与脑血管病发病显著相关,是脑血管病发病的重要危险因素。
To further explore the relationship between serum lipoprotein (a) [LP (a)] and cerebrovascular disease, 118 patients with cerebrovascular disease were tested for LP (a) and compared with the normal control group. Analysis shows that, LP (a) increased and cerebrovascular disease was significantly related to the incidence of cerebrovascular disease is an important risk factor.
