本文对我校100名听耳机1~5年的大学生进行了脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的测试。结果提示:78%的学生在60dB.70dB、80dB的短声刺激时.均可诱发出双耳对称的、正常潜伏期和峰间期的1,Ⅲ,Ⅴ波。Ⅴ波反应国5~15dB:女性BAEP的峰间明显短于男性(P<0.01)。17%的学生右耳的BAEP有可疑或轻度异常,在60dB.70dB,80dB短声刺激下。Ⅰ.Ⅲ,Ⅴ波潜伏期延长(P<0.05.P<0.01).峰间期在正常范围。右耳Ⅴ波反应阈20~35dB。5%的学生BAEP异常,提示耳机产生的噪音干扰了耳蜗内兴奋过程,内耳毛细胞也有一定损伤。
In this paper, 100 brains of our school students to listen to headphones 1 to 5 years of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) test. The results suggest: 78% of students at 60dB. 70dB, 80dB when the short-sound stimulation. Can be induced binaural symmetry, normal latency and peak interval 1, Ⅲ, Ⅴ wave. Ⅴ wave reaction of 5 ~ 15dB: female BAEP peak was significantly shorter than the male (P <0.01). 17% of students had suspicious or mild abnormalities in their right ear BAEP at 60dB. 70dB, 80dB short-term stimulation. Ⅰ. Ⅲ, Ⅴ wave latency was prolonged (P <0.05.P <0.01). Peak period in the normal range. Right Ⅴ wave response threshold 20 ~ 35dB. 5% of students BAEP abnormalities, suggesting that the noise generated by headphones interfere with the process of excitement within the cochlea, hair cells within the ears also have some damage.
