一年一度的全国两会将正式开幕,已经作为国民经济支柱的汽车产业注定成为代表与委员们热议的话题。汽车产业已经不仅是一个经济问题,而且还是一个社会问题,以及行政体制改革问题,甚至从更大角度上,关乎中国国际经济合作的大局。一、合资股比限制政策放与不放尽管2004年的汽车产业发展政策仍然规定,跨国公司在中国建立整车生产企业必须建立合资公司,并在合资公司中持股比例不得超过50%,但是中国即将放开合资公司股比限制政策基本是大势所趋。问题的关键是什么时候放开?又如何放开?
