目的 :观察皮下注射丁香酚是否可引起弓状核组织中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )和环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)含量的改变 ,以及两者的变化是否有相关关系 ,借此进一步探讨丁香酚解热的中枢机制。方法 :应用放射免疫技术测定应用内毒素及丁香酚后的家兔弓状核组织中PGE2 和cAMP含量的变化。结果 :在内毒素ET所致家兔明显发热的同时 ,弓状核组织中的PGE2 和cAMP含量也明显升高 ,而丁香酚则显著地抑制了上述物质的升高反应 ,而且ET及丁香酚所引起的体温改变与弓状核中PGE2 和cAMP的含量之间均存在着明确的量效关系。结论 :丁香酚有明显的解热作用 ,可明显抑制ET性发热反应 ,且ET与丁香酚对体温的影响与弓状核区脑组织中PGE2 和cAMP含量的升降存在明显的量效关系
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether subcutaneous eugenol can induce changes in prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels in the arcuate nucleus and whether there is a correlation between the changes in the two, so as to further investigate eugenol solution. RESULTS: At the same time as rabbits with endotoxin-induced ET were significantly hyperthermia, PGE2 and cAMP levels in the arcuate nucleus were also significantly increased, while eugenol significantly inhibited the elevated response of the above substances, and ET and eugenol There is a clear dose-effect relationship between the changes in body temperature and the PGE2 and cAMP contents in the arcuate nucleus. Conclusion : Eugenol has obvious antipyretic effect and can significantly inhibit ET-induced fever reaction. There is a significant dose-effect relationship between the effect of ET and eugenol on body temperature and the elevation of PGE2 and cAMP content in the brain tissue of arcuate nucleus.
