目的 :建立检测中药红曲基原菌中挥发性成分的毛细管气相色谱分析方法 (CGC)。方法 :采用毛细管气相色谱法分析紫色红曲霉等 7种红曲霉的挥发性成分 ;进样口温度 2 80℃ ,检测器温度 2 80℃ ,程序升温条件 :130℃ ,5 m in→ 10℃ / min→2 0 0℃ ,10 m in,FID检测。结果 :不同种红曲霉挥发性成分的种类和含量均存在显著差异 ,根据红曲霉挥发性成分指纹图谱的主要峰及其相对含量 ,可以有效地鉴别红曲霉属真菌。结论 :毛细管气相色谱法对于鉴别红曲霉属真菌具有一定的实用价值。
Objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method (CGC) for the determination of volatile components in the Chinese traditional medicines. Methods: The volatile components of seven species of Monascus were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. The inlet temperature was 280 ℃, the detector temperature was 280 ℃, the temperature programmed conditions were 130 ℃, 5 min → 10 ℃ / min → 200 ℃, 10min, FID detection. Results: There were significant differences in the types and contents of volatile components of different Monascus species. Based on the main peaks and relative contents of the fingerprints of volatile components in Monascus, the Monascus species could be effectively identified. Conclusion: Capillary gas chromatography has certain practical value for the identification of Monascus fungi.
