利用离体穗培养方法研究了脱落酸(ABA)对小麦穗粒数的调节作用。在开花前15天和开花前8天进行离体穗培养,不同浓度(10-6,10-5,10-4mol·L-1)ABA处理均显著降低穗粒数,ABA的作用一方面是降低了离体器官的蔗糖吸收量(源调节),另一方面是降低了穗器官的蔗糖代谢活性(库调节)。开花期穗培养,ABA处理对穗粒数的影响力较小,而且主要是通过降低蔗糖吸收量而起作用。试验结果表明,在小麦穗发育过程中,蔗糖与ABA的相互作用可能是穗粒数的重要生理调控机制。
The effects of abscisic acid (ABA) on the number of grains per spike of wheat were studied using in vitro culture methods. In vitro spike culture was carried out 15 days before flowering and 8 days before flowering. ABA treatment with different concentrations (10-6, 10-5, 10-4 mol·L-1) significantly decreased the number of spikelets. The effect of ABA was Reduced sucrose uptake by isolated organs (source regulation), on the other hand, decreased sucrose metabolic activity (pool regulation) in ear organs. At the flowering stage, the effect of ABA treatment on the number of grains per spike was small, and it was mainly through reducing the sucrose uptake. The results showed that the interaction between sucrose and ABA may be an important physiological regulation mechanism of spike grain number in wheat spike development.
