基于ANSYS有限元数值分析软件,建立了T型焊接接头的有限元模型,采用高斯热源模型,模拟T型焊接接头焊接过程,分析了焊接过程中的温度场和应力场,并分析了不同参数变化对于焊接残余应力的影响。结果表明,在整个焊接热过程中,焊缝区域温度变化显著;焊接过程应力变化复杂,在焊缝处存在较大的残余应力,应力值为225MPa,接近屈服极限235 MPa;第二道焊缝应力值较第一道焊缝大,原因在于焊接第二道焊缝时,已完成的第一道焊缝对于焊件变形有较大约束。
Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the finite element model of T-welded joint was established. The Gaussian heat source model was used to simulate the welding process of T-welded joint. The temperature field and stress field in welding process were analyzed. Effect on welding residual stress. The results show that the temperature in the weld zone changes significantly during the whole welding process, and the stress changes in the welding process are complex. There is a large residual stress in the weld zone, with a stress of 225 MPa and a yield stress of 235 MPa. The second weld The stress value is larger than that of the first weld because the first completed weld has a greater constraint on the deformation of the weldment when welding the second weld.
