以多糖得率为考察指标,采用响应曲面法(response surface methodology,RSM)和中心组合设计,以二次提取的pH、微波功率、萃取温度和提取时间作为优化因子,对五味子粗多糖的微波辅助-半仿生提取工艺条件进行优化研究。试验结果表明,二次提取的pH分别为4.5和9,微波功率600W,提取时间7.0min,萃取温度60℃,在此条件下辽五味子多糖的提取率为14.697%,高于传统的水提醇沉法。
Taking the yield of polysaccharides as index, the response surface methodology (RSM) and center-combination design were used to optimize the microwave extraction of Schisandra chinensis polysaccharides with the second extraction pH, microwave power, extraction temperature and extraction time as optimization factors Semi-Bionic Extraction Process Optimization Study. The results showed that the second extraction pH was 4.5 and 9 respectively, the microwave power was 600W, the extraction time was 7.0min and the extraction temperature was 60 ℃. Under this condition, the extraction rate of Liao schisandra polysaccharides was 14.697% Shen law.
