目的:探讨雄激素及其受体在多囊卵巢综合征发病机制中的相互作用。方法:通过建立来曲唑所致PCOS大鼠模型,其中实验组灌胃服用来曲唑1 mg.kg-1.d-1,溶于1%羧甲基纤维素中,实验对照组灌胃服用1%CMC,空白对照组不给以灌胃刺激,连续灌服21天。同时用放射免疫方法测定大鼠血清中雄激素水平,应用Western Blot方法观察AR在子宫内膜中的表达。结果:实验组血清T浓度显著高于实验对照组及空白对照组(P<0.05),实验组AR水平明显低于实验对照组及空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雄激素及其受体在子宫内膜中的表达及其相互作用与PCOS的发病密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the interaction between androgens and their receptors in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: The model of PCOS induced by letrozole was established. The experimental group was given gavage 1 mg.kg-1.d-1 by gavage and dissolved in 1% carboxymethylcellulose. The experimental control group was given gavage Take 1% CMC, blank control group was not given intragastric stimulation, continuous oral administration of 21 days. At the same time, the levels of serum androgen in rat serum were determined by radioimmunoassay. The expression of AR in the endometrium was observed by Western Blot. Results: The serum T concentration in experimental group was significantly higher than that in experimental group and blank control group (P <0.05). The AR level in experimental group was significantly lower than that in experimental group and blank control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of androgen receptor and its receptor in the endometrium and its interaction are closely related to the pathogenesis of PCOS.
