青海省的建筑业作为我省第二大国民经济支柱产业,为“建设青海、服务社会、造福人民”做出了重要贡献。但从我省建筑企业发展的现状来看,还存在着许多亟待解决的问题:外部环境改善滞后,内部管理水平低下,企业包袱过重,企业经营机制不适应市场经济的发展,资金匮乏、人才奇缺,发展后劲不足,导致企业施工任务严重失衡,经济效益明显不佳,以致出现了大面积亏损而难以参与市场竞争的局面。面对当前新形势,能否抓住机遇,彻底扭转目前我省建筑企业面临困境的局面,已是迫在眉睫。本文在分析我省建筑企业面临困境原因的基础上,尝试性地提出了改善外部环境、深化内部改革、转换经营机制、建立现代企业制度的建议,以实现企业社会效益和经济效益的全面提高。使青海省建筑企业为社会提供更多的优质建筑产品,开创出发展的新局面。
As the second largest national economy pillar industry in Qinghai Province, the construction industry in Qinghai Province has made important contributions to “building Qinghai, serving the community and benefiting the people ”. However, judging from the status quo of the development of construction enterprises in our province, there are still many problems to be solved: the improvement of the external environment lags behind, the internal management level is low, the burden of enterprises is too heavy, the management mechanism of enterprises does not adapt to the development of market economy, lack of funds, Inadequate development potential, leading to a serious imbalance in the construction tasks of enterprises, the obvious economic benefits, resulting in a large area of losses and difficult to participate in market competition situation. In the face of the current new situation, it is imminent to seize the opportunity and completely reverse the current dilemma of construction enterprises in our province. Based on the analysis of the causes of construction enterprises in our province facing difficulties, this paper tentatively put forward suggestions to improve the external environment, deepen the internal reform, transform the operating mechanism and establish the modern enterprise system so as to achieve the overall improvement of social and economic benefits. So that construction enterprises in Qinghai Province for the community to provide more high-quality building products, creating a development of a new situation.
