Tianjin Heavy Machinery Factory and Harbin University of Science and Technology jointly developed a successful friction press fuselage casting process CAD, through the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Machinery organized technical appraisal. Professors from Tianjin universities and well-known experts from the Machinery Bureau agreed that: in the large friction press body castings solidification simulation, thermal cracking prediction and CAD practical application of technology is a leading domestic level (the fractional step France applied to casting solidification simulation technology reached the 90’s international advanced level). The software system KCS20 with three-dimensional solid modeling and automatic discrete casting temperature prediction, thermal cracking prediction, shrinkage defect prediction, output optimization of the casting process and process card function, but also has general-purpose performance, suitable for microcomputer applications, prediction
